Factory Overview
The Machining Division of Toyo Communication Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has long been committed to precision machining under the principles of focus, expertise, and integrity, with QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service) as its core operating philosophy.
We continuously supply high-precision machined components for the NXT series mounting machines of FUJI. In addition, we provide custom precision machining services to leading Chinese companies such as Shenzhen GRAND Technology and Maoshen Precision, meeting diverse and specialized customer requirements.

The Machining Division operates two manufacturing facilities and has established a stable production system supported by paid-in capital of USD 1.2 million.

Began supplying components (feeders and nozzles) for FUJI NXT series mounting machines.

Upgraded the core management system, establishing a highly efficient, fully online integrated operation covering order management, process progress control, quality management, and product warehousing and shipment.

Launched trial production of multiple components for FUJI’s next-generation NXTR equipment.

FUJI’s next-generation NXTR equipment entered the prototype and trial sales phase.
Based on design specifications, multiple components were manufactured with a required tolerance accuracy within 0.012 mm.

To ensure stable supply and further quality improvement of components for FUJI NXTR equipment, operations were fully relocated to the Xiegang site in Dongguan City.
